PERSON AND ITS REPERCUSSION IN ASSISTENCIAL PROTECTION IN BRAZIL THE EVOLUTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONCEPT OF DISABLED

This article has as main objective analyse the evolution of disabled person’s evolution admitted by Treaties and Internacional Conventions ratified by Brazil, and specifically, the repercussion of Convention about the Right of Disabled People by United Nations Organization in assistance of protection implemented in nowadays in Brazil. With the utilization of the intuitive method, this article addresses the guardianship of disabled person in the internacional guidance and in Brazil, apresents the description of humans right, as a normative force of this convention, welcomed by the legal order with equivalence of the Constitutional Amendment, concluded that all the constitutional standards and infra constitutional that treat of social assistance should be interpreted with wide agreement with the conception of disabled person in this convention, posteriorly welcome in this text defended by Estatudo da Pessoa com Deficiência.
